KEY HOLDER SERVICE

We can supply you with a key holder service for your home. If you are only going to use your property as a holiday home we can take the worries away for you. We can check your property once a month to make sure everything is ok, we check for leaks from plumbing and for damp, check security doors and window locks, open windows to air the property and if you inform us of your arrival we can stock your fridge up with fresh water, milk, beer, put the electric and water on and switch the boiler on for hot water and if you wish we will make the beds up. We will read the electric and water meters and pay the bills for you.

RENTAL SERVICES

If you want to rent your property short term or long term this is no problem to us just let us know your requirments and leave the rest to us. We do have properties to rent please contact the real estate office for more details.

CLEANING SERVICES

We provide a cleaning and laundry service for your property if you want a day, week, or month service, we can arrange this for you, we can also arrange a spring clean at the start of the holiday season and a winter shut down clean just inform the office of your requirments.
